To deepen scientific and technological system reforms, promote in-depth integration of industry-university-research collaboration led by enterprises, accelerate the construction of various science and technology innovation platforms, and promote the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, on December 10, our institute and Shanxi Guangkai Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. successfully jointly established a doctoral enterprise workstation and held an unveiling ceremony. Leaders from the college's scientific research department, mechanical engineering department, Yangquan suburban district science and technology bureau, and Shanxi Guangkai Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony, along with representatives of young teachers from the college.
 

Shi Xianliang, director of the Yangquan Suburban District Science and Technology Bureau, spoke highly of our institute's active engagement in the doctoral enterprise workstation program and detailed the achievements made in scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation in recent years. He stated that the Yangquan Suburban District Science and Technology Bureau will actively implement relevant policies, create a more relaxed and favorable policy environment for industry-university-research collaboration, and help local high-tech enterprises achieve high-quality development.

Suo Lijun, director of the Scientific Research Department, stated that the doctoral enterprise workstation is a key link for our institute to carry out school-enterprise cooperation and promote scientific and technological innovation. In the future, our institute will continue to use this cooperation model, keeping pace with industry and enterprise development, leveraging the advantages of university talent resources, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results between government, universities, and enterprises, and promoting collaborative development.

Yang Jun, secretary of the Party branch of the Mechanical Engineering Department, hopes that the on-site doctoral researchers and young teachers will focus on production, industry trends, and jointly tackle the "difficulties and pain points" of enterprise development, jointly apply for scientific research projects, and continuously promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and product upgrades. Continuously deepen the content of cooperation, broaden the scope of cooperation, and continuously inject the mechanical strength of our institute into the development of the enterprise and industry.

In recent years, our institute has attached great importance to school-enterprise cooperation, actively created the distinctive Brand of doctoral enterprise workstations, and established a long-term mechanism for fixed-point service of university scientific and technological innovation. Up to now, the college has established 14 doctoral enterprise workstations, including 4 provincial-level doctoral innovation workstations, effectively leveraging the talent advantages of the college's social services and promoting technological innovation and the development of new productive forces in local enterprises.
