At about 10:00 am, Wang Wenjing, a quality inspector of the company, checked the anchor cable on-site with the inspection record sheet and drawings, and made careful records. 　　Metal heat treatment is one of the important processes in mechanical manufacturing. In June this year, the company built an independent heat treatment workshop. "Previously, we sent the parts to other factories in other places for heat treatment, and then transported them back after processing; now that the heat treatment process has been put online, we can control the hardness, tensile strength, and carburization ability ourselves, which not only ensures product quality more accurately but also improves production efficiency." said Chen Kai, the operator, when talking about heat treatment.

　　While focusing on product quality, Guangkai Machinery has accelerated the construction of sub-projects for the research center, technical inspection center, and Products center, as well as the installation of new technologies and equipment. The company currently has more than 200 major production equipment, including more than 50 advanced equipment such as automated CNC production lines and vacuum heat treatment.

　　In the production workshop, the automatic laser cutting machine performs cutting operations according to preset parameters. The laser flexibly "dances" on the steel plate, and with wisps of blue smoke, pieces of steel plate are "cut" into shape. The use of the automatic laser cutting machine not only ensures cutting accuracy but also saves labor costs.

　　The fully automatic intelligent welding robot arm nearby is "not to be outdone." Amidst the flying sparks, the welds of each component are uniform. Its addition has greatly improved welding technology, product quality, and production efficiency, ensuring the safety of the operation process. While product quality has improved, the labor intensity of workers has been greatly reduced.
