Abstract
1. Less prone to static electricity generation. In the environment of an underground coal mine, the average surface resistance of the plastic net is below 1×10⁹ Ω.
2. Good flame retardant properties. In an open flame environment, it only melts and does not burn; even if it does burn, it extinguishes within 10 seconds.
3. Strong corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties.
4. Easy to construct and transport. The plastic net is relatively soft, is unlikely to injure workers during construction, and has the advantages of easy rolling, bundling, cutting, and light weight, making it easy to transport, carry, and construct underground.
5. Easy for coal washing. The density of this plastic net is between 0.89 and 0.91, which is less than the density of water. During coal washing, the broken net floats on the water and is easily washed away.
6. Has strong bearing capacity in both longitudinal and transverse directions. After being processed with pressure and elongation, the molecular structure of the plastic net is rearranged, and the tensile strength of the material is 2-3 times that of the unstretched material. The ribs formed by biaxial stretching are perpendicular to each other. This structure allows the pressure applied to the net surface to be effectively transmitted to the surrounding ribs through the nodes, thereby greatly improving the overall pressure bearing capacity of the net surface and preventing rib breakage. Moreover, since this plastic net is biaxially stretched and not woven, the creep of the mesh is small, and the mesh size is uniform, effectively preventing the falling of coal fragments. Therefore, the coal mine support net effectively protects the safety of underground workers and the safe and smooth operation of mine cars.
